GradAccelerate is an EdTech startup helping graduates fast-track their tech careers through industry-aligned training programs. As Full Stack Developer and Developer Advocate, I developed their core digital presence from the ground up, a high-performance, lead-generating platform designed to scale with the business while empowering a non-technical team to operate independently.

The Challenge
GradAccelerate had no scalable digital foundation to support user growth or lead generation. Their team couldn't manage content without developer intervention, and their sales pipeline lacked the automation needed for consistency. A critical gap also existed between their curriculum and real industry demands, directly limiting graduate job readiness and platform credibility.
The Solution
Develped a high-performance platform with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, engineered accessible UI components using ShadCN, and optimized UX workflows to strengthen retention. Integrated Zoho CRM and Freshworks to automate lead tracking and synchronize pipeline data. Configured Netlify CMS for autonomous content management and authored a comprehensive Full Stack Development curriculum aligned to industry standards.
